Upon the successful conclusion of APAN52, we ran a survey to understand how APAN can improve its virtual conference management. We also wanted to evaluate the user experience on the platform that was used during the conference. The areas we covered in the survey were on scheduling, ease of usage of platforms such as Whova and suggestions to improve future meetings. From the total respondents of over 70 participants-comprising of engineers, researchers and educators, we obtained an overall positive feedback and very useful suggestions for improvement.
